The one I take is from Nordic Naturals - omega 3, or ultimate omega etc. That was the one recommended to me by a biologic dentist who has also worked in both New Zealand, Australia and I think Canada. His wife and him study in nutrition and supplements and get top quality products for their patients and Nordic Naturals was the fish oil of choice with them. I think the omega 3 is cheaper than the ultimate omega. Check the prices and get the one more affordable for you. If money is no issue? Then I'd recommend the ultimate Omega one. http://www.completehealth.com.au/News/Best_fish_oil_in_the_world.aspx

This one is pretty good also, far more for much less. http://www.healthpost.co.nz/shopn/spi//HPOST_SPECJust type into the search fish oil (and have the brand NFS). I've used it. 200 capsules (1200 mg) for $22.50. 100% NZ export quality. molecularly distilled/mercury tested. It may not be quite up to the Nordic Naturals quality, as some of the fish oils contain more DHA than others, but seems ok to me.
