I have done 25 rounds of chelation as per the Cutler protocol. i am currently at 4mg ALA every 2.5 hours in the day and 3 hours at night, 3 days on, minimum 11 days off.

i have found that if i deviate from the cutler protocol in any way that it hurts like hell. Like missing a dose and continueing the round...felt fine at the time but hurt like hell when the round ended. miss a dose and the round must end. you must stick to the protocol or feel the full force of the mercury. When you make a mistake on round, that is when you understand just how painful mercury chelation is and how good the Cutler protocol is...because if you follow the rules chelation is pretty easy.

I used to split the capsules myself and divide the doses down myself, but i found a place to compound the capasules in any quantities I want, which makes life a bit simplier.
