Hi Russ, ((( Smiles )))
I hope this is O.K. to do because you posted this somewhere else but I didn't want it to get lost in the threads.. But I just got the DVD recently at Target for a good price. The one you posted about below.. I don't do quotations yet but you posted..
I would strongly recommend that anyone interested in understanding the social pressure used to force scientists to "endorse" evolution see the movie Expelled.
I watched this movie this past week and it is an excellent statement about the social/political/economic pressure that is used to keep the evolution religion mainstream.
Ironic it is that evolutionists blame these types of activities on religion when they don't even know they are involved in the same.
This is the ultimate blindness: One who preaches against the very things they practice. _________________________ Russ of Herb Allure
And then I happened to read this thought..
" To suggest that a person's strongly held religious view is less tolerant then a strongly held antireligious view is morally, intellectually, and poltically inconsistent and incorrect."
--- Cal Thomas, The Things That Matter Most...
And in talking about the things that matter most. And what matters most to me is.. And I just love this.. God created the earth for us and us out of the earth. With the breath of life.
" Out of Dust" The World Book Encyclopedia reports; " All the chemical elements that make up liveing things are also present in nonliveing matter ." In other words, the basic chemicals that go to make up liveing organisms includeing man , are also found in the earth itself.
This harmonizes with the Bible's statement: " And Jehovah God proceeded to form the man out of dust from the ground." -- Genesis 2:7..
