Steer clear of wheat/gluten in any form in any food. People with mercury messed up guts/metabolisms etc often have terrible trouble with gluten. And wheat itself (the grain) is treated with mercury fungicide (according to I think Hal Huggins) and should be totally avoided, both for that and being a gluten grain. I used to get poisoned after I ate wheat/gluten and my symptoms would be shivering, salivating and blue nails. I was severely sick from eating it. Classic mercury symptoms. Either this from the wheat itself, or indirectly because it caused me to deteriorate rapidly after eating it, so that I was much more suseptible to the mercury already in me. Not sure which.

Fruit is not good if you have candida. It will treat fruit like sugar, unless you don't have a case of it that is quite so bad. Then you might get away with some fruit.

Like yourself JK, I lost weight after amalgam replacement. Before that, I was underweight at first, then later overweight and bloated. I went from one to the other. AFter amalgam removal, the bloat seemed to start reducing and I was a more average/normal weight. I can still put on a bit or lose a bit, but the weight remains in a more normal range.

In fact, it was almost immediately following the last amalgam removal that the weight came off me, or the toxic bloat, whatever it was.

I was very sick from detoxing though, but I knew it was coming out of me, once I figured out what was happening to me and had that confirmed by reading and finding out about the second phase of suffering. Nasty to go through, but necessary to rid your body of the storage of years worth of mercury. The body tries to get healthier and it will do whatever is necessary (unless it's hampered/blocked by something else - e.g. cavitations etc).

Sadly, it's a two edged sword. Mercury can cause the body to become suseptible to other things, which can then in turn, cause big problems dealing and detoxing the mercury.

Right now I rely heavily on the diet to keep me remotely sane and remotely functional. And then means avoiding high carbohydrates in all forms, and even coffee. Milk products are a nightmare also (butter being the exception). You will find out exactly what you can handle after being stricter. then reactions become a little clearer as to what is bad for you. I noticed that. Before it was kind of blurred and I couldn't figure out the causes.
