Imo it is a good idea to get all the B vitamins together, and not just load up on one. With most B vitamins it is a good idea to take them orally rather than get injections. The only exception to this is vitamin B12, which some people have great difficulty absorbing. One could try sublingual B12 supplements, and if those don't help, then go for B12 injections. I have had many instances of muscle ache, muscle weakness, and times when I feel it is a great effort just to stand up. Some people are helped by increasing their sodium intake. Others may be helped by taking in more potassium. Most people don't seem to get enough calcium and magnesium. Those with muscle ache would probably be helped by calcium and magnesium supplements taken at separate meals. Also be sure to take vitamin D 1,000-2,000 units with the calcium supplement. Another thing to do is parasite cleanses. Most here who have done parasite cleanses have benefited from them. Going on a low carb diet, sugar free diet and eating plain yogurt with active cultures or taking probiotics may also help. it is important to take detoxifying agents while chelating. Things like licorice root, alfalfa, dandelion, milk thistle, and plenty of vitamin c. An interesting article about acetaldehyde. http://intelegen.com/nutrients/prevent_the_damaging_effects_of_.htm
