I think it does lessen in mercury over a lifetime for sure, but seeing as it comes off as mainly vapor, you can see why there is so much damage and for so long.
I am not certain how long it takes, and frankly would anybody want junk metals sitting in their mouth anyway? Even the metal itself isn't good.
However, if a person only has one and if it's very old and they are not noticing issues with it, it might be ok. I really cannot state for certain, since I'm quite ignorant of this also. The age of fillings, how long mercury leaks out of them before it's "used up" and how bad it is to have metal in the teeth regardless....
My nephew has just gotten a few cavities (small) and had his teeth filled. I asked my sister in law what did he have as a replacement and she said "composites", so I was relieved. I just HOPE they are not composites with mercury in them, as I believe they do exist. Can you believe it? Why on earth would they make an alternative to amalgam mercury and put mercury in it?
Honestly, the people behind all this seem to have a thing about mercury and trying to include it in whatever they can - whether amalgam, vaccines, chemtrails, even some replacement dental materials, lightbulbs, you name it. Incredible. One wonders why in the face of the fact it's the most toxic metal known to man? .....
