I felt a deep, dark sense of forboding the morning after the election and I'm feeling it now. We are headed for dark times. The good news is that it will herald in the second coming of the real Messiah.... But America has a great fight ahead first. Its all about good and evil now. Not sure if y'all on here are aware, but right now gays are up in arms against our church in certain states (CA) for pumping in 24 million dollars to fight for proposition 8 to make gay marriage Illegal. They aired a rediculous commercial about our church like we were in cahoots with the govt. on this. Not so... The church normally does not get into political issues, but when it comes to the satanic act of the denegration of the sacred unit of the family we fought it. Now gays are rabidly protesting and yelling at patrons trying to enter the temples there. It is a literal fight against good and evil and we are going to have to throw in. Its like Christ said - either you are for me or against me. This isn't a denominational issue. Persecutions will rage - they already are - and they will become stronger. Its why I get so ticked when so called Christians try to tear fellow Christians down. We need to stand and pull together. I am not homophobic. I don't hate gays. But they cannot be expected to be called married in the normal sense. Its an abomination and an insult to the very purpose of marriage.

I'd heard of Obama not pledging but hadn't seen the "evidence." It makes me feel physically ill. My ancestors fought for the formation of this great country and I feel like its being taken over. I'm a veteran myself. I didn't want to believe it, but do believe my fears were justified now. He appealed to racial issues, but this isn't even about that.
