Horrible day today. Plus a change has taken place again. The sinus burn rose and fell dramatically throughout the day, but the salty-aluminum taste was horribly intense. It also seems to have changed slightly (unless it's me) in that the salty taste is still there, but the metallic taste seems to have been partially replaced with a chalky flavor. Well see what happens.

Nevertheless, the day has been intense and horrible.

Salty-Metallic Taste to the Air: 8 of 10 (horrible)
Sinus Burn: 6 of 10 (painful)
Physical Symptoms: 6 of 10 (mild fatigue, a little joint pain, mild ringing in the ears, cracking joints)
Visible Persistent Chemtrails: Too overcast to see
Visible Non-Persistent (short) Chemtrails: Too overcast to see
Visible Chemtrail Fallout (fake clouds): Too overcast to see
