Today has been very mild with pain indexes around 1 or 2 most of the day. Of course, now that rush hour is closing in, we just got hit horribly.

Sinus Burn: 9 of 10 (horrible)
Physical Symptoms: 8 of 10 (painful, shooting pains in muscles and joints, wandering mind, fatigue, tingling in hands and feet, ears ringing, etc.)
Visible Persistent Chemtrails: Too overcast to see
Visible Non-Persistent (short) Chemtrails: Too overcast to see
Visible Chemtrail Fallout (fake clouds): Too overcast to see
