I don't think my dizziness is a balance issue with the inner ear. I was diagnosed with orthostatic hypotension. My dizziness is usually exaggerated when I stand up or bend down because my blood pressure falls rapidly. It is also worse when it is hot and humid outside. When I take my nasal spray (desmopressin) I feel a lot better, so I think part of my problem is chronic dehydration. My pituitary doesn't regular water balance properly in the body, so I am dehydrated even though I'm drinking water. You can look up diabetes insipidus if you want to understand it more.

Since taking the medicine I've been better. However there are still days when it is bad.

I found this on a website talking about orthostatic hypotension. It has very similar symptoms.

As a result, symptoms of central nervous system hypoperfusion may occur, including feelings of weakness, nausea, headache, neck ache, lightheadedness, dizziness, blurred vision, fatigue, tremulousness, palpitations, and impaired cognition.1 Vertigo also has been reported.10

If you scroll down towards the bottom of the page, there is a flow chart. In the one section called "non-neurogenic etiologies" it says that diabetes insipidus can cause this, so that all makes sense for me. Adrenal insufficiency can cause this too, which I suspect I have. I took 5mg of cortef today and I felt A LOT better.

When conspiracies unwind, will you slam shut or free your mind or stay hypnotized.
