This is the same as when i take multivitamines.... They give me headaces and a bad day...

I'we tried one day on, and one day off, for one week or two now.... and it seems i can confirm the same with the multivitamin supplement as you confirmed with the garlic supplement....

But what i was affraid of, was to collapse into fatigue if i didnt take the multivitamine supplements. And im still not sure if only real food can keep me going now.... But why not? I'we kickstarted my stomach and bowel movements now... So maybe only a good and steady diet will keep me going from now on?!

Heh.. funny you should mention taking nature apart and then reassemble it in an unnaturally order again.... This thought has never left me for some time now after i started beein fanatic about food additives...
