Besides, Cutler says if i dont remember wrong.. that garlic is somewhat effective, but not noteworthy enough... So he concludes its not effective...

But thats where i say... Ok, i dont really know how effective it really is.. but if it is only lesser effective.. then its perfect to start out with.. to first clear the extracellular space of mercury! Then use other means later at step two, to draw mercury out from its intracellular spaces and into the extracellular to be carried away by the body's own natural chellator and by free sulphur radicals from garlic and other foods again...

Repeat this cycle in small steps until one gets better... That is my theory....
But i personally dont know about step.2, because im afraid of heavy duty chelators... because of what chlorella did to me, and because of what i read about DMPS and DMSA, ALA, etc, etc..... other peoples experiences....

Those heavy detox/retox symptoms that chlorella gave me, scared the [shoot] out of me to say the least!

Garlic..... Garlic = God!?? Garlic has allways been safe for me....


So maybe garlic really stirs up mercury.. somewhat.. and that mercury is then free to retox other tissues.... and ofcourse that would be bad... but maybe the now just freed up tissues or molecules accidentally was a selenium chain? what then.. then it would mean that some of the now freed mercury would try to retox other tissues, but the now free selenium would be able to convert to, and make the body's natural chelator.. atleast in small ammounts, enough to hinder that free mercury from binding to other tissues... and carry atleast some of it away and out....

So i say.. maybe garlic partly retoxes and detoxes at the same time... by chance... (if it frees selenium or not, for a short enough time)
And if the effects of that is so small... and gently.. then im willing to continue to eat garlic.... and see... with saunas ofcourse.. because it didnt do me any harm in the past....
