By the way... If garlic only stirs up merucy.... if Cutler is right.... Then garlic may stir up enough mercury from those selenium groups in the body (temporary), to let the body's own chelation system work again.. if only for a short period of time until the merucry resettles and binds to selenium again and then disables the body's natural chelation system again....

So if garlic can mobilze and or bind atleast some mercury... enough to release it from some selenium chains... then the body can use that free selenium to convert it into... you know.. i dont remember the name of the body's naturl chelator.. but its made from selenium.... so... if enough mercury is mobilized away from atleast some selenium... then my theory is that one can temporariliy re-enable some of the body's natural chealtor enough to bind that mobilized mercury...

So.... i say.. maybe some small amounts of stir ups is good in that way...
