Ahh... im pressuring myself.... But i had lots of sleep before today and lots of food today too...
Its past bedtime.... Vertigo increased somewhat again...

I think this is my vitamin intake today... i only take vitamins every other day. and when i take em i get more like this....

Hungry again too... maybe some food would help again....

Im trying to avoid fatigue.... but want to stay up and talk here, and maybe read some more too... watch some tv....

But its 1:14 in the morning here now... and my body has had enough i think...


sigh...
double sigh...
tripple sigh...

I used to do 2-3days and nights in one go before this.... (all nighters)
Now i have to watch myself after half a day to avoid fatigue...

Unpleasant... right Birdlady?!
