Hmm.. funny this thing about diet... not really.. but about sugars... I allways thought of ADHD for instance as a bullshit disease and that it was the only excuse to lessen sugars from processed foods... You now.. the trend today. sugarfree this, and sugarfree that... gov regulated....

I had to regulate myself. I didn't get sugar free in anything, until I ditched the processed foods, quit adding sugar to cereals and other foods and make a complete break. Considering what I was like before and after, the exclusion of sugar, wheat/gluten and yeast made a significant difference. But yeah, getting worse from exclusion isn't fun, but it was worth it. Headaches can be a biggy as yeast dies of and toxins circulate as they come out. Usually they're in the temple areas (they were with me). I was very ill initially. It was like watching someone on drug detox. But worth it! The change was pretty dramatic once the die off/detox was over.

There are enough energy apparently in protein and fats, and I can vouch for that. I found sugar foods/high carbs seemed to lower my resistence, zap my energy in the long term both by doing that, plus feeding the yeast. I'd never have bought into this if it hadn't have happened to me I don't think. Considering I ate any kind of junk I wanted throughout my entire childhood. Drank coke daily too. Wound up with a gum disease by age 11 too. But the real issues began in the teens. I don't think my high sugar diet helped me at all.

If I had not done those exclusions and ate healthy foods, I hate to imagine. I was bloated up with toxins, miserable and suicidal. So ill was I, that no amount of psychological analysing or antidepressant medicating made a difference. Yet diet did.

Some with mercury or other illnesses, may not have quite the issues I had or the necessity to make such changes. Thank God for those doctors with an interest in alternative health, rather than the ones simply told me it was psychological, put me on medication and sent me to psychotherapists.

I wish I could consume sugar! I love it like anybody! smile And I have an appetite like a horse when I get going and sugar was always my favourite. What a pity it didn't like me as much wink

Funnily enough, it is often not so much of an issue once poisons like amalgam are removed or whatever other underlying condition is going on. I found the healthier I got, the more cheating on my diet I'd tolerate. But the problem was never completely resolved, so usually I had to get back on and stay 'relatively' strict at that time.

Now it's more infection/viral related and much worse. So yeah, cheats means many weeks of recovery! Not worth it.

Heh.. and yeah... You attributed me to be expressive... Hey thanks!
I'we allways been accused of talking to much.. and in too much detail...
Most people's heads tend to explode when communicating too much detail...

Expressive.... heh... thanks! I like that.

smile you're welcome. I enjoy discussing and tossing things around! Depends on the topic.
