Btw.. my scalp psoriasis has exploded since my last drillout too...
I think that the scalp psoriasis really is, the heavy metals trying to get out of the scull in turbo mode thru the skin and scullbone... sort of a vent or valve..... the skin detox pathway....

I also wonder if saunas can safely or at all detox the brain? as a shortcut to avoid cillantro or ALA.... I mean.. to use saunas as a first step in detox..

I dont know if i can handle it yet.... I was about to go for a sauna last week, but i had jitters.. and pulled out...

I didn't handle saunas well as a child when my mouth were full of amalgams...
But as a grown up before drillout i handled saunas well...

Now i dont know...

But think about this...

What about the people in the 1970's that didn't even know about the amalgam problem, but they also had amalgams... and they also took saunas....

They didn't die!? Now did they?... Anyway im still cautious.. maybe too cautious?
Logicaly it cant hurt.... but anxiety to do more harm.... are present...
Atleast before i am certain that i am strong enough.... Endocrinicly and with less headaces....


Have you tried saunas? Lower bench? low temps? for a short time?
They also say it can be dangerous if you have low blood oxygen... as you said you have.... and that B vitamins can help.... but.... Really i dont like to put so much artificial vitamins into my system... Artificial supplements scare me somewhat, as they sometimes gives me headaces.... mostly... and theire not natural!

And they say you have to take excess doses of vitamins before and after a real sauna detox session... I.e a heavy duty serious and focused sauna detox...

But i want to try it slow and carefully with only normal trace minerals...
Only to refill my body with water...

But im affraid i will sweat out all my good traceminerals and collapse into fatigue again if i dont follow the serious vitamin program that they say you have to use while sauna detoxing....

So.... I will do everything to avoid fatigue... but....
I want to try the sauna....

i mean.. as i said.. people unknowingly used the saunas in past decades without dying too.... So......
