lol, not at all. I can't tell you how many times I've been mistaken for a guy.....You're intelligent, but expressive. I think I'll quit relying on my gender guesses, it seems Im pretty hopeless unless the name is obvious.

And ahhh thanks for the compliment regarding the dumbness! I think years of suffering/illness and challenges force a person to read and learn and gain a bit more knowledge. Shedding a bit of shallowness helps too from it. Though I'd not recommend going through this!



If sugar works for you and you handle it in bits when you feel the need for it, you may get away with it just fine. I had a time when I did just fine on fruit/honey etc. I was very lucky I could handle high carbs then but never other forms of sugar. Now of course it's worse and I have to restrict high carbs of any kind. I've adjusted to my circumstances. I don't like it, nor do I feel it's natural, but it's the only thing that keeps me going at this point and it works.

My first experience with giving up my sugar, wheat/gluten and yeast intake was unpleasant to say the least. The detox symptoms lasted 3 weeks if I recall, and part of that was severe headaches and crying spells, but well worth it once they cleared up. Much of the depression/anxiety had lifted after it and at that stage, I felt like a new person (almost aside from my still existing amalgams at that time). Many things improved.

Flaxseed oil is a polyunsaturated oil extracted from flaxseed that many people take for it's essential fatty acids (omega). Promoted for health, but it seems there are drawbacks and I'm not willing to risk it anymore. I have fish oil, that'll do (mercury free of course). I do well on natural animal fats mostly anyway. Olive oil is good though.
