Thanks j. sounds like a good idea. I'll try it.
Bex, day 2, 2nd round...right hip joint is killing me. I can't straighten leg in bed without screaming. Hip joint locks etc. I wouldn't mind if it was'nt so painful! Is this merc too? ever heard of it?
