Hi Jeanie,

I never used to either, even when I was suffering from toxicity from candida and amalgam. I could walk into any dental office and not notice anything. Before or after amalgam removal. The problem only began following the viral infection. So I don't think with most people, even poisoned, would probably notice it, unless they have a damaged or severely challenged/lowered immunity.

I am sensitive to cigarettes/smoke also Jeanie. Chemicals too yes. Just signs of a lowered and more dysfunctional system, unable to really do what it should. But it's a two edged sword, since more toxicity means more stress and the less ability to actually detox.

I can usually tell when it's metal/mercury related, because of the kinds of symptoms. When you've suffered it for many years, you get to be familiar with it as Russ is and sadly for some of us that have already suffered many years (often a lifetime or near enough) of poisoning, we may not have the resistence that others may have and tend to be bowled over by it very easily/quickly and take ages to recover.

One guy I know who runs/moderates a mercury forum has become the same way. Hypersensitive and suseptible to exposure to toxins since the damage done by years of mercury toxicity. He too cannot enter a dental office without becoming very poisoned again. It's not overly common, but some of us are unfortunately like this. Also sometimes one thing leads to another if you've been ill for long enough. It's a dominoe effect at times and the more poisoned you, for long enough, the more you can wind up with multiple problems later for having a weakened/poisoned body and finding other things can then get in and remain there.

Removal of mercury does not always completely remove the possible damage it may have done.
