Yeah I see the sulfur connection and necessity too. I think people shy away from it when they are severely poisoned because of the symptoms. But mercury uses up sulfur and replacing sulfur of course mobilises/displaces mercury. We are meant to replace that in which mercury depletes, but in doing so, yes it can cause symptoms. Perhaps take it slow, take it easy and gradually do it as one is able. I used to get very very sick from sulfur foods when I was at my peak in symptoms after amalgam removal. The mercury was very easily disturbed and mobilised. OVerdoing it maybe risky yes, but not doing it at all and perhaps things just remain almost stagnant.

I did whatever it took and I knew that symptoms meant something was happening and I tended to push things at times to the limit. But in doing so, I also felt that there was an improvement at the other side, so I kept on. However, if anything caused extreme and risky symptoms (that could have had me put in psyche care, I realised this was not ok and to back off).

Garlic is powerful stuff, both with candida and mercury. I found that out many times. I do badly on supplement garlic, but not so bad on food garlic. I try and keep enough sulfur in me, as I know it's necessary. I eat enough free range eggs also.

It sounds like you got a good plan anyway and have obviously done much research yourself. But yeah so much sadly comes down to money, but if it's a saving in the long run? then it can be worth the initial pocket pain sometimes.
