I was taking the DMSA every 3 1/2 hours, but I need to bump it up to 3. I am getting mercury redistribution symptoms with about 25 minutes left on my timer.

No need to make things worse for me by waiting that extra 25 minutes! haha Yes my adrenals have been bad for a long time. Adrenal fatigue is what I thought I originally had. Then it morphed into diabetes insipidus and then mercury poisoning. I even took one of those saliva tests and I think my morning numbers were a 5. haha! I haven't been going much for my adrenals recently. Maybe I should...=/ too many pills...
