I watched that video and I agree..
Long long ago about pre my T and H my child hardly sleep and was haveing behavior problems so she was prescribed Risperdal.
Went off that and then on to Zyprexa.
But just 1 day of Adderal and that was it for me.
Adderal was the worse..
I stayed away from it all and she's been medication free ever since.
I have a school picture of her where she was real spaced out and I thought how can she learn anything like that??
She just needed to sleep back then but they wanted to perscribe her heavy duty meds..
A couple months of that and I said just forget it as it just made her even worse.
When the child has behavior problems they really push the meds.
Except they didn't work for her at all.
I thought she mostly just needed to sleep at night back then.
She was probably really heavy mercury toxic back then..
But I just didn't know it back then..
What to do?
She was very self abusive to herself too.
Head banger ect..
But she's not like that anymore..
But she's still not high functioning..
But in someways better..
It's really awfull what they do isn't it.
