Hi Sean,

No sweating or oversweating can be mercury. If you can't sweat properly, then don't do the baths too hot. It will be deterimental. I tried it and did nothing more than exhaust my already weakened/challenged system. The only thing I can recommend is perhaps the epsom salts in a hot bath (But not over hot) - to your own tolerance. Epsom salts encourages sweating and adds magnesium. Definitely don't sit there pushing yourself with overheating. It doesn't really work when you can't sweat properly.

Next time you get salt, I'd encourage getting celtic sea salt (even if you order it online). It has 80 something plus minerals! It's excellent. I've heard of acerola vitamin C, but not sure what it's like. Whatever works! I found ordinary vitamin C tablets of little use to me, until I switched to a proper quality powder with the bioflavanoids. Apparently Rutin, Hesperiden etc, are very helpful. Makes vitamin C more effective when it contains them.

It sounds like you're taking some very good stuff. Covering as many angles as you can that mercury interfers with and depletes. It won't matter how perfectly you do things though, because the misery of detoxing this stuff is unavoidable. Seriously, it's not an easy ride at all. No matter how well you do it. Just go at a pace that you can at least tolerate to "some" extent. Yes, some people do top themselves with the suffering this causes. I heard of two guys apparently who took large doses of NAC and committed suicide because it mobilised too much mercury. They were not warned of this and when you mobilise mercury too much, you can get severe symptoms. Sometimes it makes you feel like there is no hope, no way out and the depression can be crushing. Suicidal thoughts can take over and I had to resist that many times. I used to curl up on my bed and stay in a state of utter darkness or I'd do something out of the blue like go and drive my car at odd hours in the night. The symptoms were just horrifying, not something you can readily convey to someone unless they have it or have had it. Even then you can forget how bad it actually is until it hits you again. Depends again on how poisoned you are and where the mercury is.

No the virus is not something normal like I've had before e.g. Glandular fever etc. This is something that has been far worse and has caused a condition that has, so far, remained permanent. It has not been discovered yet for what it is. I think also there is more to it than that. I suspect cavitations are part of my lack of response and lack of recovery from this bacterial/viral infection. Something worse happened after dental work in 2004 (following the virus) after wisdom tooth removal etc. Everything went horribly wrong after that and that is when I stopped detoxing and healing from mercury. I was already healing before that and doing VERY VERY well and I believe almost cured of mercury. But it all came to a standstill after that. My system stopped responding to my efforts. The only thing I could do was just keep my diet heavily restricted and eat good food to try and control "some" of the worst of it, but that's as far as it goes.

I maybe getting some ACE (for adrenals) soon. And later, if money is ok and I find someone who might do it, I will get an oral surgeon or dentist to open every ex wisdom tooth site and clean it out.

There is much more to what I have than just "one" disorder, which is why I am not making a recovery. One thing is just offsetting the other and keeping one-another going. Multiple issues. This was never once the case as such. And that's why I was healing well from mercury and for the first time in a long time, felt human again. Didn't last long though!

I hope that you will not suffer any such similar fate. Just don't have any extensive dental work like removal of teeth, unless you have to and then make sure the removal is done properly (non vaso constrictor anaesthetic and completely removal of periodontal ligament, as well as the tooth. A total clean out of the tooth socket). That way you lessen the chance of cavitation development.

And my bacterial infection? Cause after using an infected eye cosmetic (from me watering it down). A bacteria got in, severe enough to infect both eyes and from there, spread into the rest of my system. Never had anything to equal it! I warn females now not to play around with their mascara or water it down if it gets dry. I was stupid! I knew this was risky, but I did it anyway. And localised infection for an already compromised immune system is a systemic infection waiting to happen. So if you know any women who use mascara? Warn them against such stupidity (if they're prone to it) wink
