You won't tend to go on a slow rising scale of improvement, I know of nobody that has. Usually detox is up and down. Ongoing healing crisis, then improvements, then healing crisis and improvement and so on.

Make sure you have enough antioxidants during all this mineral replacement too, as you'll need them. Vitamin C (powder with bioflavanoids), vitamin E and selenium are good to help along with your minerals and other vitamins (of your choosing). Best to keep vitamin C and selenium intake about 2 hours apart. Apparently vitamin C can cancel out some of the selenium's impact (not sure how true that is, but why chance it?). I also add natural salt (celtic sea salt is the best apparently) to my vitamin drinks too. About quarter teaspoon 3 times a day. You can take it in vitamin C and have it in warm or cold water.

Yep, zinc and magnesium are important as well, I take both. And if you can handle exercise and hot baths to help sweat some of the toxins out, but also get the circulation going and things moving more, that may help too.

Strenuous exercise can be a killer for those burdened with toxins, but doing enough of it to the point where it gets things going has its benefits too. It's doing just enough, but not too much. That plus the hot baths with addition of epsom salts (or baking soda and sea salt) can really help too - but don't overdo the heat if you cannot tolerate it. That will just stress out your system. Just do enough to where you can handle it.

Having a treadmill in my own home was one of the best buys I ever made for my aid in increasing metal elimination from my system. Flat walking was great, but I graduated then (before this virus got me) to incline walking and the increase in health and toxic elimination was quite outstanding! That plus all the other stuff like diet and supplements.

Yep I read about the depression part of Bromide detox today and read about the Salt, I got some good Sea Salt today from my local health food store. I did not find Celtic Sea Salt but this good Sea Salt should help some. Magnesium is also a MUST when detoxing I read, it allows the body to detox or relieves some of the load from what I read (Helps you eliminate more as well). I use Acerola Powder for my C, not big in MG's as the other powder but natural forms are always better IMO. I use Vitamin E as well like you said, good stuff. The Zinc as you mention is also A MUST, either 25 or 30 MG a day of Citrate I take and have for weeks now, maybe that detoxes some as well? Magnesium will be added tonight (Glycinate) with my last meal, so I am going to start on that and flax seeds as well (Not the oil). I will stick with this for a while now, I get no real bad side effects other than the stupid depression and anxiety at times, that and the feelings of guilt or sad feelings, some reason detox and hopelessness go hand in hand! I wonder if some go overboard and off themselves because of it, hope not too many because the depression sucks. I feel this will work overtime now though and I will be a better one in the end, more healthy and cleaner as far as metals go in the body and maybe the YEAST will take a HUGE dive by then as well as a reasult. I can hope this all works out, I have to lose some battles though if I am trying to win the war, and this is a war.

BTW I can't really sweat! As crazy as it seems I don't sweat, last time I did I was taking some Oxygen in the summertime and started to sweat easily for once, have no clue why? But it was great, I plan on adding that again later someday after all of this (DR Wong's stabilized Oxygen). What kind of Virus do you have btw.? Sounds like it really sucks and doesn't go away? Can't something like Oyxgen get rid of it or help over time? I read Oxygen can whipe out alot of viruses, pathogens and yeast etc., basically flood your body with Oxygen. There has to be something whipe out that virus?

In Sanskrit, tulsi means literally "the incomparable one" and has been revered since ancient times. Tulsi, the holy basil, is said to have grown at the site of Christ’s crucifixion and is associated with St. Basil’s feast.
