I used to feel it literally descending on me like a dark cloud. I would actually feel it coming (like a slow wave of increasing toxicity). And my entire face would alter. I'd go paler and my cheeks would be drawn inwards. My eyes would dull up. I almost prematurely aged on teh spot and then would come the depression, hopelessness and eventually the crying spells would begin and salivating (uncontrollable). It would intensify to the extreme with explosive symptoms and then it would feel like the cloud had lifted again for a patch, and though I was puffy from crying, I would feel like something had been removed and I'd even my appearance would alter again - but then the process would start over and this is how it was pretty much for a long time.

Chelation helped me a lot (Cutler's). It go the poison out of me faster and better. Natural products are good, but they may not directly chelate the mercury and it's a slow process. It just depends on how well your body eliminates toxins. Mine didn't do it well at all.

Though I did pretty well on vitamin C (powder form with bioflavanoids), vitamin E and selenium. Believe it or not, they were at that time my main supplement intake, alongside the candida diet. That plus hot baths and treadmill walking and some rebounding, for sweating/circulation. I was coming right (with some rounds of chelation inbetween).

I guess you have to do whatever works for you and some experimentation might be necessary, though hopefully nothing that will cause anything risky to occur, because it's easy to make it worse.

It's good you're hanging in there, and hopefully you'll get another patch of feeling good again. You feel almost euphoric eh? Because you're not used to feeling that way, so it's like being on a high. The contrast is unreal when you get a clear patch. But yes the ride can be pure hell on earth. I've heard many people describe that they feel like they're in hell. That's a typical term that's used, because sometimes there is no other words to describe the sufferings mercury can cause. Torment! Even cutler described it as "tremendous suffering". he is right, but that also depends on how poisoned a person is and what else they may have wrong with them too.
