Hi Sean, Unfortunately with mercury, the it works as it's coming out is cruel. Just what you were experiencing, is exactly what I went through and you get on a high because you get a "clear patch" and then more fills up that clear patch because you still have storage to detox. It's like you just come up to the surface to breathe and then you get pulled right back under. This can even happen over the same day, in a matter of hours you can go from high to feeling re-poisoned again. Just went you feel ill, go through some more detox, another clear patch, you think wooo hooooo!!! and then wham It's a roller coaster ride and many of us have gone through it. You feel a sense of doom and gloom, hopelessness and sometimes worse than that (suicidal). Just so you know, this is actually a normal process as you're detoxing this poison. Consider it like you have a layer of filth at the bottom of a tank of water. You decide to clean it, but in doing so you've just erupted it and the water is now clouded with it all. Then it resettles and looks cleaner again, until the next stirring up. As the mercury keeps leaking out, coming to the surface, the same thing kind of happens. You get symptoms of feeling like garbage as it's surfacing and moving around, then you get that window of improvement where you just get a free clear moment and you feel brilliant, then it's clouded over again. This will continue until enough mercury has been cleared out of you that the clear patches will become more lengthy and eventually permanent. You must hang in there Sean. I was often despaired about this process, nobody told me what it was, I never understood it. It's called the second phase of suffering. It's very trying and sometimes can be a torment to endure. Yeah it sucks! I felt so good and then boom yesterday and today, I feel hopeless like you said and depressed (I hang in there though through that). So the Iodine can really detox huh? Kelp seems to be a good detoxer and very overlooked IMO, most do not know about the benefits you can get from eating some good Kelp. I will hang in there like you said, but this rollercoaster ride sucks and is pure hell at times. Atleast I am not going crazy on the detox and feeling like I am going to die or bug out, thats a plus! That is always a plus. I feel I can actually handle this and it's not like a trip or too scary, so I will stay with this.
In Sanskrit, tulsi means literally "the incomparable one" and has been revered since ancient times. Tulsi, the holy basil, is said to have grown at the site of Christ’s crucifixion and is associated with St. Basil’s feast.
