Yes, it is possible to feel much better with replacing the things mercury depletes and displaces, but it can also cause a detox eruption. So it's possible you might be experiencing both? Which is a good sign! Hot and itchy can be a sign of healing. It has been mentioned a few times on another forum regarding healing crisis and itching is one of the signals. That's why some think they are allergically reacting and may not be. I also experienced this when I was eliminating metals/toxins through my skin. Heating up from exercise/bathing increases it even moreso. You can REALLY itch like mad when that happens.

Did you read the articles I put up on here about iodine and mercury? If not, take a look at this:
Iodine. Bring back the universal nutrient in medicine.

Iodine and chelation

And that might also explain why you have been gaining even more improvements, as well as benefits from goji juice, spirulina etc. Good going, I'd say you are gaining many benefits from the many trace elements/vitamins/minerals they contain. Something is happening anyway and it sounds good. The reason mercury causes so many symptoms is not just directly, but also from the deficiencies it causes.

Don't feel bad if you start feeling unwell again, as sometimes more mercury fills you up as it's coming to the surface and you feel like you're being dragged under again. That "can" happen, though not necessarily. Depends how well your body is catching up with what is coming out. But this is a good sign you're doing the right thing.

Yeah I feel worse again today, from the Chemtrails or just some things of detox? One day high and the next day low again and thats how it goes frown I mean I felt on top of the world the other night but felt down again soon after, hopeless as well. This stuff plays with you man, I swear it does, but you called it, you can feel up one day and down the next just as easily.

BTW Bex I took a little kelp for years, but did not eat it like this, and got little benefits before so I quit. I just started eating it again after almost a year lately, and took in alot more Kelp by eating it.

In Sanskrit, tulsi means literally "the incomparable one" and has been revered since ancient times. Tulsi, the holy basil, is said to have grown at the site of Christ’s crucifixion and is associated with St. Basil’s feast.
