Any butter is better than no butter. If you can't afford organic, that's ok. Unorganic butter is still beneficial.
I am lucky with flaxseed oil here, as they have organic brands available competing with eachother. There is always some available. Believe it or not, the cheapest brand is one for animals, it's organic and that's the one I would get lol. Nothing wrong with it, it was just less toyed with, hence had higher lignan contained, which is beneficial but apparently tastes a bit more bitter.
The seeds are a good idea, at least you're getting everything there without anything being extracted/refined etc. The bread sounds very nice. I coudl never have any wheat at all. I used to get symptoms of poisoning just from a bit of wheat flour I kid you not. My nails would even go bluish. Funnily enough it was the same symptoms as mercury poisoning.
So it made me think about what Hal Huggins said, that wheat is treated with mercury fungicide. I never knew if that was the worst part, or the gluten with me. Both perhaps, since i had issues with other gluten grains too, but never as bad as I had with wheat.
Huge differencs when I gave up wheat, sugar/yeast at that stage. I used to respond very well because I was not afflicted by virus or other infection. Just mercury (and mercury is more than enough anyway).
