Again could be coincidence.

I'm scared of speaking too soon, and next week will be a good test because I'll be doing some work experience. I haven't been coping with that at all, but without the flaxseed oil I am hoping that things will be different. If not, then I guess my flaxseed oil test may have failed, but either way I don't think I'll be having it again anyway. I really don't like alot of what I read in that article. It seems genuine to me.

Bex to tell you the truth I am so excited now man, I tried some Kelp for a week and now Dulse as well to replace Iodine and I feel unbelievable for once! I feel great tonight man! I use Goji Berries too, which is #1 in chinese medicine I believe! I feel out of my mind, energy through the roof!!!!!!! THYROID working again for once? Maybe, maybe I speak to soon! But I feel great right now, pure blyss!!!! I take Zinc too, 30 MG of Citrate again, and I feel great again! Could mineral deficiencies be my problem and not what I thought? Could Iodine be that missing from me that I feel this good again all of sudden? I took FISH OIL too today two teaspoons. I going add Reishi Mushroom as well to boost immunity, and I take Spirulina everyday now as well. Could I have found my niche? I don't know if I did, but I hope so.

BTW I got really itchy and hot today and other days, but I felt great, could those things be detoxing me as well? Iodine a detox or the Kelp or Dulse? Maybe.

In Sanskrit, tulsi means literally "the incomparable one" and has been revered since ancient times. Tulsi, the holy basil, is said to have grown at the site of Christ’s crucifixion and is associated with St. Basil’s feast.
