I did some enemas (colon clense). They didn't really help me except the time where I had the flushed-out gall stones stuck in my gut. I used to take some colon clensing tablets which caused diarrhea for the first 3 times but strangly didn't after that <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> .

Doesn't mean they won't help you though - maybe it was me doing them wrong - who knows.
