Thanks, good article. I don't take it anymore and take metal free Fish Oil instead of this, don't know if that can be bad but it is better than Flaxseed IMO. I have tasted the ones that taste like house paint as well like the article mentioned, no doubt the ones I get are rancid or have been in the past and did more harm than good. Do you know anything about Fish Oil and if is is bad for you?
