The first thing, as far as you're concerned, is to find out about dentists who will treat you. I would go for precautions during the precedure. I didn't but then I'm in my mid-twenties and I only had three.
It won't be a quick fix, it will take time to get better, and you'll have to get a bit worse first. But you will get better.
Things to do in the short term would be to stop eating fish. You could also try a liver flush (look it up on curezone) as that helped me feel a bit better. Align is suppose to be great as well, not that I've tried it though. I also found drinking only mineral/spring water helps. There is a small, but large enough for me, amount of mercury in tap water. My tap water anyway. Brita filtered water also affects me as their filter uses a small amount of mercury. Taking tablets of activated charcoal is suppose to help. I've been taking it this past weekend and I've felt ok. There are also a host of other vitamins to take, C, E, Magnesium and Zinc seems to be the ones recommened the most.
Fixing your bowls is a hugly important. Mercury is removed via bowl movements, there are other ways but none are so important. I went to my doctor and told him about my constipation and he gave me some fiber suppliments which have helped. I do feel better after a proper bowl movement.
I wouldn't like to advise you about your baby as I'm no expert. Fortunatley there are experts on these boards.
Good luck, and don't hestitate in getting back in contact with us.
Also, I know it may be hard, but i'd try to stay positive. I'd noticed stress and anxiety affects my health a lot.
