Hi Arshad,
Thanks for your helpful advice. Some people may not be able to afford all organic, is that crucial?
Some cannot exercise that much when they are very poisoned and maybe compromised. Too much exercise can also be deterimental. I agree with you though about using a treadmill. I actually paid one off and used it at home. It was a GREAT help in helping to reduce metals and helped improve my toxicity. Whether it's flat walking or incline. I found incline walking was even more beneficial, but i'd not advise doing that unless a person is fit and/or strong enough. I used to do about 45 minutes a day sometimes. I cannot imagine doing that 3 times daily. I needed time to rest and recover and heal also. I found walking on a treadmill more beneficial than anything else I'd done. I found rebounding on a mini trampoline helpful also, but I think the treadmill even beat that.
Could I add selenium to your list of supplements? That is a real good one as mercury depletes/displaces it. However, it may cause some detox reactions at first and may need to be started lower. Selenomethione is apparently the better tolerated form of it. 200 mcg is apparently about the limit one should go with supplementing it. It can also be toxic in too high doses. Though some think 400 mcg is the limit....I'd start low at about 100 mcg or something at first or lower and test reactions.
MSM is sulfur and may mobilise mercury. Some do not respond well to it, some respond really well...I guess it depends on th person. Iodine is good also. Like selenium, it gets depleted/displaced. Apparently mercury blocks the action of iodine in the thyroid gland. It competes with many of these essential elements you've mentioned. Sulfur, selenium iodine, minerals etc. Minerals are also very important too like magnesium, zinc, etc.
Yeah, coffee is always a bad one for me. It really stresses my adrenals out and seems to worsen my yeast condition. It also takes time to recover again after I ever drink any. Yet, I do ok on tea and even black tea (just as you stated). I drink herbal tea too.
I also found to add to what yu've stated here that a quality vitamin C powder (from a lab/doctor) REALLY set off detox reactions. Yet ordinary vitamin C never did. It was so strong, that I had to stop and break and try again on lower doses. Vitamin E was also helpful and selenium. Those three actually were my main supplements for a long time. They did a REALLY good job in helping me with mercury, alongside treadmill walking and hot baths (with epsom salts, or baking soda/sea salt - about a cup or more each).
I also think that a good multi vitamin/mineral powder for a foundation base maybe a good idea, alongside the extra isolated vitamins/antioxidants.
I repeat this alot on here, but I guess it doesn't hurt in case someone missed it. Chelation for me was mainly the Andy Cutler protocol which I did on and off. That did a lot to also help me get much more mercury out of my system. But it was not the only thing I did and I believe they all came together in the end.
