I've tried it and didn't notice anything happening....I suppose it depends where the toxins are and whether the charcoal can get in contact with them and act as a kind of sponge (like algin). If it works? I'd go for it. I have heard charcoal can have other benefits as well, but as JK8 said, it could also interfere with nutrient absorption and I would be careful about taking it long term. Even if you are taking it 2 hours away from food intake, I am not sure whether it's supposed to be a long term supplement.
I would google up about it! Find out about its benefits and risks and how long it can be taken for. I use it sparingly to get over die offs and ONLY THEN! I don't know how to take it everyday or if it is safe long term or what it does longer tearm, but taking it every few days when die offs get bad could not hurt anything IMO. I know it is used to absorb toxins in your body which are obviously bad for you, so anything like that couldn't hurt right? If you have Candida and get die offs it does wonders!
In Sanskrit, tulsi means literally "the incomparable one" and has been revered since ancient times. Tulsi, the holy basil, is said to have grown at the site of Christ’s crucifixion and is associated with St. Basil’s feast.
