Bex you just made a light go off in my head! Immunity is low for a reason, maybe not from just mercury but maybe from Vitamin or Mineral deficiencies and probably LOW IMMUNITY! TO build up immunity? I want to find something very good out there to do that, as a good immune system kills those stupid yeast and bugs no matter what it seems! I have read on the benefits of a good immune system and listened to David Wolfe (A great holistic medicine man) on things to boost immunity and what it can do for you. I read boosting immune system gives you the ability to kill so and so (NK) amounts of Candida in 1/1000's of a second? I will post that link now. http://www.yeastinfectionadvisor.com/immunesystemsupplements.html (GREAT SITE!). I will look further into getting that immune system balanced! Thaks for reminding me Oxygen or not (I would have to stay on that as well no doubt for a while) this will not cure it and the underlying cause is the key thing to take out. Is it metals? Pesticides? Fluoride? Antibiotics I took way back? Mineral deficiency such as Selenium or Iodine or even Mag/Zinc? Thats the big picture here. I don't really need the diet though as it hardly gets that bad, when it gets out of hand I use some GSE and it's down alot off just one dosage and I can cope again. I want to get rid of this though this year, and I will find a way to do it. Thanks for the post, you made alot of sense there and woke me up some, the immunity seems to BE KEY! Reishi Mushroom might be the best thing to try for that to get it up again (Garlic as well), so I will look into a good price for that stuff now. Here is SOME from the article to read.

A good healthy diet is what will help build your immunity as everyone of your cells relies upon proper foods/fats etc to rebuild. I cannot imagine expecting too many results from any type of supplement, if I'm still consuming foods that hinder/destroy, rather than build up. It's not saying be absolutey "perfect" as your issues may not be as severe in this area as mine are. However, if you are looking to get serious about your health and immune system? Then it's unfortunate, but consumption of sugar/junkfoods etc, is a sure-fire way to tear down anything you are trying to build with supplements. Also a toxic system does not absorb supplements properly, so again it's a two edged sword. I could not respond to supplements, until I went on the diet and then my body started absorbing nutrients from my foods (and supplements) again.

I realise you do not wish to do the diet and perhaps you're issues are not as bad in that area, but I can tell you that the diet alone will STILL detox many toxins from your system, even some metals in the process....so even for that reason, you might oneday decide it's worth a shot.

Whatever you decide to do, I wish you the best. You maybe better at absorbing nutrients than me and find that supplements still help you. However, I would think seriously about eliminting or at least heavily reducing sugars/junkfood and wheat/gluten. Since they seem to be the biggest culprits in causing toxicity in people. As you know, sugar reduces immunity and does many other awful things to a person. Wheat is treated with mercury fungicide apparently, so why ingest more mercury? And gluten? many are suffering from gluten related illness and sadly will never know until they give up the wheat/gluten products and find health return or at least improve.

Doesn't mean you have to give up fruit, potatoes, chips, non gluten cereals etc. Unless you have a SERIOUS yeast issue. You may still be able to consume natural treats.

again, it just depends what you really want to do. It could be mineral deficiencies, metal toxicities, fluoride, or anything or a combination involved. Replacing minerals and giving your body the best foundation to excrete toxins would be a really good start (or addition). Diet is truly essential, not a "side issue".
