This is the script that I use to convert my pictures from my Canon A-650 to a size that makes uploading to this forum easy.
You must have ImageMagick installed on your computer and in the system PATH variable. If you don't know how to do this, feel free to ask.
REMEMBER: Rename the file suffix to ".bat" (This is a DOS batch file).
