Phobias are common in mercury toxic people. I understand how this is completely wormwood. So I got myself a good quality treadmill (you can pay it off) and one that has incline levels if you wish for a harder work out and more sweat. If you can't handle that, flat level is still effective.
I also had hot baths and put in either a cup or more of epsom salts OR a mix of baking soda + sea salt (cup or more of each). Either one of those is excellent in helping the body sweat and helping to pull more toxins out in the process (metals included).
Rebounding is also good, but I found the treadmill more effective for sweating. Though rebounding is also know as "lymphasizing" (because it stimulates the lymph glands).
You can do these things without going out. The more detoxed you get, the less your fears will bother you. Everybody has their weaknesses and some do suffer social phobias, whilst others might not. It's not you. If you ever get a patch where you are less toxic and the phobias die down, you won't know yourself. You'll be surprised at yourself and you won't even be ABLE to be scared. However, if they continue regardless? It maybe candida combined, plus not enough chelation (e.g. brain mercury maybe involved).
Oddly enough and I wouldn't normally recommend this, but I have been using crushed garlic mixed into my fried onion and tomatoe and have been noticing the sensation of metal (tasting it and feeling it)....I don't know what is going on, considering I"m long past amalgam removal and had years of chelation....plus chelation no longer works on me. I cannot figure out why garlic is doing this, but there you go. I am now using garlic much more.
Garlic is great, but it can also cause die off from candida and does indeed have an affinity for metals. However, some do not tolerate the effects from this, depending on the individual. One dental clinic I know of recommends garlic food or supplements for mercury detox! Garlic is often recommended for mercury, and though sometimes I get the detox sickly effect, the food is safe for me, the supplements are not. Garlic in supplement form has created horrific redistribution effects in me, so much so it shunted them into my gut and other more sensitive areas and left me in agony both mentally and physically (gut). I even went into the emergency from the pain.
Yet, the food version of garlic has never done this (ever). But it does cause some detox effects at the moment, hence why I'm taking it. I figure detox effects is a good sign, particularly when I can taste metal in my mouth and sense it being moved. I am careful because it can still make me feel very ill with metal, but I feel like it's doing something and it's not causing horrific effects either.
Sadly, chelation isn't working on me at all. Producing no detox or improvements. Not sure why that is! And why garlic is doing it!
