gdawson6, I personally would never go against the protocol. ALA can be powerful stuff and I don't think it's something to go experimenting with unless you are willing to accept the possible consequences. The fact that Dr. Cutler has seen someone get worse with an infrared sauna is enough for me to rule them out. The thought of sitting in a sauna actually scare the living crap out of me. I'd probably lose consciousness.
