Ya...I don't understand the reason why 12 hours of 30mg every 3 hours would cause redistribution in most...it wouldn't lift up that much mercury so it theoretically shouldn't take that long to get rid of after you stop taking the ALA...Considering you lift up a lot more mercury when doing the 4 days of ALA.

But the thing is, after reading...some have gotten worse after trying to take nights off, and they could have done various things...such as taking more during the day to make up for nights...So hes just not recommending it because he has consistently gotten good results from the 4 days on 3 days off.

Some even have bad results taking it exactly the way he recommends though...

I guess its all about knowing your body and never trying to go too fast...Andy is also against Infrared saunas and said they made somebody permanently worse, and I personally have used one over 50 times and think they have made me much better.

Its a tough call. I can certainly understand Andy's insistence to stick to what he knows to work...hes definitely wading in sensitive waters dealing with so many sick people.
