So I've been experimenting with low dose (~30mg) chelating every 3 hours. I don't like to wake up in the middle of the night, as sleep is extremely important to my well being and I don't always fall back asleep easily, so I was doing 12 hours on, 12 hours off. It seems to be working fine and I'm not getting bad symptoms...actually feel great after 3 days of this.
Would this be much different that 4 days on and 3 days off? Why? I'm still giving my body a break equal to the amount of time I take it...so I don't see what the problem would be...but just wanted to see if anyone could think of a reason why this wouldn't be a good way to do it.

I hope that is a good option cause that sounds like something I could even do.... You may want to check with Andy Cutler on that. I could for you, too, if my email address for him is still correct. That sounds like a great idea....
