Does anyone get this? Sometimes my body feels really active and ready to go. Other times my body aches to much, it's an effort to walk.

I get muscle pains. I always put it down to too much computer work - which may actually be the case - but mercury might be contributing to it aswell. I've had a tremor since at least my teenage years and suffered from pins and needles at night. Also I have trouble with flexibility in one leg that goes back a long time.

Yes, Steve, I do. Sometimes I ache all over and am tired. Other times, I am bright and alert and peppy. Problem is, the peppy only lasts for a very short time, then I crash. Sometimes I sleep and sleep and wake up full of brain fog. I am tired all day and need a nap in the middle. I say I am in my tired cycle. Other times I sleep only till 3:00 a.m. and feel really bouncy (I don't get up though), however, by suppertime, I am dragging. When I am peppy, it is never for very long, but it is extreme!!! I feel like bouncing all over the place. Might last for an hour or so. Then I crash, my mood swings from extremely happy to severely grumpy. And the aches - they go on for weeks, and then disappear for a time, only to reappeaar somewhere else down the road.

A long time ago I did a fast. I was 11 stone I got down to 9.2 stone (sorry I don't know the US mesurements).
It's a mistake to fast while there's mercury in the body. Mercury attaches itself to muscles and if you have less muscle you'll feel the mercury poisoning more.
However, I did this to see what foods affected me. I found that tap water (mineral was fine) affected me the most. To such an extent I ached so much and my brain was so dead I just had to lie in bed. I couldn't do anything. Even brita water filtered affected me as it's filtered with a tiny WHO-safe amount of mercury (I'm sure it's fine for most people but when you've hardly got any muscle and there's already a lot of mercury in your body it does).
I also found that the raw fish I was eating affected me. Actually, somedays it was fine, others it was not. This I eventually accounted to the occasional mercury that fish contain due to pollution.
Realising these two things convinced me about the mercury poisoning.

I find that I am worse in the winter & colder weather - more aches, bloating, weight gain, tired, etc.
During the afternoons, I am helpless. I have lunch followed by laying down, watching some TV, & sleeping until my daughter gets home from school. Then I struggle trying to get dinner on the table & finding the energy to do so.
Today my aches are almost unbearable. I think it was from a combination of doing so much walking on Halloween night & having some grated cheese last night.
