what actually is algin ? does it say the ingredients on the back of it ?
It is part of the Kelp plant from what I know. Russ sells it, just go to products up there on this page and look for Algin and it explains what it is. Will I get the same benefits from just eating a teaspoon of kelp a day? Its a lot cheaper and a lot easier to get hold of in the UK.
