Yes it was D-3.
Well I live in western PA. We get 59 sunny days a year. This year has been much more sunny than usual. I have a bunch of flowers I watered daily so I got some sun each day. I did not lay out this year though.
My doctor says that he sees a lot of people like this. So now I am on 10,000 IU 2 days a week. On the other days I am just taking 5,000 IU. I'll get my levels checked in a few months and see what happens then. 59 sunny days a year? We get more than that in summertime ALONE! WOW I would really go over the edge there, on top of mercury and chemtrails, candida etc. Aren't you depressed? I know we all have depression in here from our ills, but the sunshine helps out so much!
In Sanskrit, tulsi means literally "the incomparable one" and has been revered since ancient times. Tulsi, the holy basil, is said to have grown at the site of Christ’s crucifixion and is associated with St. Basil’s feast.
