After suffering from endometriosis and finally having a total hysterectomy I learned much about cysts and excess estrogen. The only thing that I do know of that assisted at all for me prior to having my hysterectomy (which is not inevitable, was just MY personal choice after my battle) was to use progesterone cream. Normally people with ovarian cysts are estrogen dominant and the progesterone (wild yam) cream will help to balance that. There is so much information online about this natural remedy so please do yourself a favor and look it up. It may not offer you a complete reprieve, but it's a place to start anyway!
