Mordred, Are you interested in the occult or something? You aren't saying you do believe in satan but not God are you? Just curious, do you tend to take up for underdogs? I do that too. I've always had a thing about appearances being deceiving sometimes. But i'd tread carefully in these areas. satan does have a lot of power. It is not to be trifled with...

You guys are interesting. I'm about to let go of the idea of teaching...not sure. These little freshman have been driving me crazy. (But still, its special ed i would go into). I have thought, though, that English Lit. would be very interesting and meaningful to teach due to the idea of being able to actually talk more about life via what you read. My daughter is planning on becoming a secondary English teacher. (The one who was into LOTRs). Funny you both ended up in England, too. I have a DVD (National Geographic i think) that actually says Tolkien DID draw his analogies from WWII. The growth of cities from the country (losing the trees, etc.) I do personally see lots of ideological inferences, but guess its all open to interpretation and we do see into things how we believe. I loved Star Wars, too. I just noticed that Sunshine who is really English likes Star Wars and us Americans like British stuff.... Of course my ancestors are British...
