what other veggies can you eat with the candida diet? Hi Mikey, I'll list all the vegetables that are safe to consume on the candida diet. I have a bad case of candida and my candida problems increase very easily. These vegetables are safe for me and for anybody. Some maybe able to consume the higher carbohydrate vegetables, but others like myself will not. These links should explain it really well http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu2_2_1.phpList of ok foods (vegetables included) http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foods6.phpAlthough I do not follow this diet perfectly, I personally still include acidophilus sugar free yoghurt and raw almonds/brazil nuts and seeds - pumpkin/sunflower. These seem ok with me. However, I follow the rest of the diet and it's the closest I have seen at dealing with candida properly. Other diets allow certain things that have been very bad for me and caused a relapse.
