I copied this from the website I linked below.
Diatomaceous earth (DE) is the remains of microscopic one-celled plants (phytoplankton) called diatoms that lived in the oceans and lakes that once covered the western part of the US and other parts of the world.

Just verify you are using FOOD GRADE diatomaceous earth. You could become very sick if you use the pool filter grade because I believe chemicals are added into it.

This website has a lot of information to look over.

Have you done any type of colon or parasite cleanses in the past? If not, then you are probably just getting die off symptoms. The first time I did a colon cleanse I felt absolutely terrible. Good luck!
The way I reacted just tells me I have a TON of parasites like you said, I would bet money on that frown Great another problem on top of the Mercury and Candida! Shoot. BTW I got the Wolf Creek D. Earth food grade, that kind is apparently really good! correct? I have done a colon cleanse, I did not get really sick at all but used the bathroom a hell of alot, too much for my liking since I go so much anyways. Parasite cleanse is new to me. I tried a Candida cleanse or stuff to kill it and got die offs alot, but they were nowhere near as bad as this. I felt HORRIBLE! I am going to try it again and start at the lowest dosage and see if I can build up and get used to it and get the benefits, lord willing.

In Sanskrit, tulsi means literally "the incomparable one" and has been revered since ancient times. Tulsi, the holy basil, is said to have grown at the site of Christ’s crucifixion and is associated with St. Basil’s feast.
