Ive just realised, Ive been on this forum for about 6 months, and never actually found out how to remove the mercury.

Can someone write a detox 30 day plan or something ??

Maybe Im being arrogant and ive missed it even though it was posted, but I Dont know much about how to remove it.

From my personal notes Ive accumulated information from all sources.

My personal notes include (things which are avaialbe in the Uk, Algin may not be)

chlorella
cilantro
zeolites 300 drops a bottle,
msm
garlic

And I thought all I would need to do is drink chlorella and water, have some cilantro, etc etc and it would all go.

the point of this thread is, can someone write a plan of all the ingredients that I need to take ??

Also, if you had all the resources in the world and all the money, how would you go about removing the mercury ??

BTW, all of my amalgams have been replaced with white ones.

Also, Im willing to do a complte U turn and forget all my infromation about chlorella and cilantro etc as I am reading more and more posts that they do not work. Ive got about 50 pound spare to spend a month on supplements and products etc, so for example a bag of MSM costing 15 pounds could last me a month and then I would have 35 pounds left over.

My general diet is contantly improving, and I am have things like green smoothies and snakcing on seeds and vegetables.

My old ideology was to remove all the fillings, and follow a liquid diet until my teeth grow back using special foods, but like I said, Im willing to forget all the ideas that dont work and start afresh.

the reason Ive written this post is because Ive recently fell down with more illness than I frequently had, and think I need to do more to get the mercury out. I will be willing to spend more money every month If I know it will get the mercury out.

I really would appreciate a simple list of the most effective products that are known to work. i havent bought Russ Tanners book, I might in the future though. Can someone give me a review on it ? is it worth it? Does he talk about new products like zeolites which may or may not work ?

Im finally ready to go 100 per cent and get all the mercury out.

PS, I used to have metal braces which Ive heard can interfere and also cause problems.
