My brother has been mixing that concotion for years, minus the ginger, and he uses white vinegar... adds some salt... simply because he has a quite perverse love of HOT HOT HOT. You should see the weird smile on his red face after he downs the stuff. When were kids there was never any juice in the pepper jar, but plenty of dried up rotten peppers... and the pickle jar.. same thing...

But it's really true, he never gets sick. My dad used to grow horseradish, it does real well along the shady foundation of a house. Just get some roots at the grocer, cut and divide, and plant them. Horseradish is real good for you.

You want to try my salsa? My jalapenos did great this year. and the cherry peppers are astounding... H H HOT. I picked a really big bunch of both the other day. i spent an hour and a half cutting them up to dry in the sun. My hands were burning for hours and hours. painful. finally i got the burning to go away with some baking soda. Anyway they are all dried real nice now.. like almost a third of a bushel of peppers no kidding, and dried I'll be lucky if they fill a quart jar. I am going to have homegrown H H H spicy all winter.

have em right here in this little bag by my side, a very special treat... do not touch. you'll be sorry. H H HOT. Even to the touch.

Tumeric kills staph in your system btw. Maybe throw a bit of that into your mix everyday too, it tastes good. It is a good match for your recipe.
