Russ, I found some very cheap (want to try it first and stretching till pay day) D3 - took it for the first time last night - I think its 1000 IU. This sounds so weird, but I didn't hurt as bad today and there are even hurricane remnants in the area which would usually make me hurt like he** plus I worked! I have hope!!! I also stretched, though - did callanetics which I use a ballet bar with. I always feel better when I do that...don't know why I don't more regularly. But this went beyond that.... Anyway - kind of excited. I feel like I have some control over my life again.
